OMG! Soo good! Great flavours, asked for extra veg and they definitely delivered!
To be perfectly clear, the food is good in this rural town and I dont mind supporting small family businesss but Ill put my own selfish desires in front. Other reviews saying their food is at reasonable prices are all high or lying. If you spend around $60, youll get two entries and three meals (family of three), the problem is that their soups are the size of ice cream bowls and their meal plates are so small I could almost fit my hand around them (look it up if you dont believe me, just get rid of their excess plate usage they dont use). I also bet the only reason your on this places review is because you were also mislead by the large food pictures out side of their restaurant or you live close within this desolate wasteland town of Australia (You know what Im talking about). So youll spend around $90 on food because you had to go to the McDonalds along the street so you dont starve. To be fair competition is tough for them as they have another Thai restraunt across from them in a town with such scarce population. Though, the only reason you or I should be spending $60+ and waiting 20minutes for such small meals is if your at a 5 star restraunt for an overpriced dish.Summary: Experience fine Thai culture at the expensive of your wallet and stomach.
We had our dinner during our road trip home. Meals were nice and fresh. Really happy we finally found someone on Bruce highway between Rockhampton to Brisbane can do nice Asian cuisine
The taste was quite good. However, the spice was not really distinctive and the variety of vegetables made it inauthentic, possibly because of inability to find Thai vegetable in such a small town.
