This is a regular rest stop for me when travelling through. Generally food is good, coffee was excellent today. Amenities could do with some attention.
Food is standard McDonalds quality. My only problem is the tables are often dirty and bins full. There is also garbage in outside garden. Cleanliness and upkeep could be better
Over staffed and lacking QSC.Our experience today was well below average. The toilet's were that bad our group and other customers wouldn't use them. Every single table was covered in food, as were the floors with no staff (of the 5 behind counter) bothering walk out with a broom to do their job. The manager causally floated between the front / back with no sense of direction or leadership during the quiet period. Crew weren't dressed correctly and wore their uniform were sloppy...
Visited this place at 5.30am, service was fast and store was clean, staff were friendly. Four stars because a few minor details were missing, like spoons and napkins not in dispenser and toilets could of been cleaner (the person before me could of made the mess with paper). Food was delicious.
Fast service. Food taken to table, rather than needing to que to wait. Coffee was hot and tasted good. Clean toilets. Convenient location to break a long journey. They need to improve with cleaning up floor and tables in the eating area.
