We where abused by the owner and her son because we outlined issues, such as the owner telling us to not have lights on during the day, bugs on the bedding, no hot water, complimentary stuff was open and out of date. We complained and where attacked by cleaners, the owner and her son and her son tried to stand over us. Had to contact the police and where told they don't give refunds because they didn't care what we thought. Where not the only ones to complain, upon leaving 2 other people got the same treatment would never stay there again and will never stop in at childers again will drive further next time. Absolutely disgusted
Very helpful manager. Complementary Continental Breakfast was a surprise bonus.
Good friendly service
Fantastic service, easy to book, room was heaps better than I expected it to be. Quiet, comfortable, I can't fault this place. I only stayed one night, was meant to be two, had to change it last minute and it was done without any issues at all. If I am ever in the area again I wouldn't hesitate in booking here.
